The easiest way to sign up for an of our trips is to book directly from our website www.nomadicbustrips.com.
Find trip you are interested in, select package, answer a few questions. Registrations online is the most sure way to meet deadline and reserve your spot.
Not only is it okay but it's encouraged, one of the biggest benefits you gain with group travel is you meet new friends and sometimes old friends you may have lost contact with.
If you are open to becoming a roommate with someone we maybe able to help.
All travel days are planned with a break every 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Typically all of our stops will have bathrooms and food available.
A charge of 50 percent (50%) of the trip cost, based on double occupancy, will apply to all cancellations made within 45 days of departure. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days (2 weeks) of departure.
We strongly encourage the purchase of travel protection insurance to safeguard against unforeseen circumstances that may lead to cancellation or interruption of travel.
We STRONGLY encourage you to purchase trip insurance for any trip. Trip insurance is available for all of our trips. Pricing is established on an individual basis by insurance company. Deposits
A deposit is required for each traveler at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. The deposit is
applied toward the total trip cost. Deposit amounts vary by trip ($50 for most day trips; $200 for multi-
day tours) and are listed on each trip's flyer and registration form
Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 45 days before departure. Reservations with
unpaid balances after this deadline may be cancelled, and deposits may be forfeited in accordance
with the cancellation policy.
Payment Methods
Payments are accepted in many forms. Preferred method would be to register directly from our
website at www.nomadicbustrips.com. Through this website you can submit payment by most Debit/
Credit Cards or through ACH.
You may also submit payment by check or money order. Please include the specific trip your payment
is for and mail to: 5651 Coventry Lane, Suite 267, Ft Wayne, IN, 46804. This process is slower so please make sure you provide extra time for processing payment before deadlines.
Timely Payment
Timely payment is strongly encouraged to help protect your reservation and confirmed services. Late
payments, if accepted, may incur additional fees or affect the availability of those services. Missing the final payment date could result in forfeiture of monies paid.
Scooters, walkers, and wheelchairs can all be accommodated at NomadicExcursionsLLC. If you have food allergies or other dietary needs, our staff will be more than happy to assist you and make arrangements whenever possible. Just let us know when you make your reservation. Please note that stops en route are not always planned for specific locations.
During registration we ask you provide us of any special arrangements you may need.
In the event a trip cancels by Nomadic Excursions LLC you will receive a 100% refund on all monies paid.
If you have to cancel a trip all monies paid will be subject to our cancelation policy.
