When trip sells out or trip deadline is meet, typically 30 days prior to trip we will finalize travel logistics.

Short answer is we want to make it easy for you. All trips will have a small deposit upon registration. After deposit holds your spot, payments can be made all the way until final payment is due. Travel with ease not just by a one-time payment.
Not only is it okay but it's encouraged, one of the biggest benefits you gain with group travel is you meet new friends and sometimes old friends you may have lost contact with.
If you are open to becoming a roommate with someone we maybe able to help.
All travel days are planned with a break every 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Typically all of our stops will have bathrooms and food available.
If you cancel 45 days before a trip or more typically we will refund all monies available immediately. Trip by trip and in accordance with the terms of that trip.
We will refund 100% of any monies we are able to recover.
We STRONGLY encourage you to purchase trip insurance for any trip. Trip insurance is available for all of our trips. Pricing is established on an individual basis by insurance company. We will provide options to contact. Nomadic Excursions doesn't get involved or compensated from insurance.
